Requirements
- Doctoral degree in education, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and lead institutional strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
- Experience with research initiatives and grant writing is highly desirable.
