A great place to get your joints check out! Knees, shoulders, etc. I have seen Dr. Thompson, his PA, I have heard great things about Dr. Snow (knee replacement/hip replacement)! I am a 27yo. Female. with knee pain for over 2 years. Dr. Thompson is caring and very knowledgeable doctor! I believe he wrote a textbook or a book about orthopedics! He takes time during the appointment to listen, to do tests/maneuvers to figure out the issue, x-ray in the clinic, they are working on having MRI in the clinic. You can use your insurance or pay out of pocket (a reasonable price compared to other clinics!). I was there for my knee, I had a knee scope, cortisol injections, PRP, and ACL reconstruction! For the ACL surgery, I decided to add biobrace as an extra support to my knee! I was happy to have that as an option! So far, great clinic, great staff, great doctor in McKinney, and they have also another clinic in Prosper!

Dr Logan is nice, but the bill department is not. We did Private pay since Nov 2024, walked in with payments upfront, also wait for checkout when service is done. We don’t have medical insurance. Three month later I got a bill from them. I called them and recorded the conversation, she said she will talk to the bill department and call me back asap. Never got a call back, I thought they fix their messed up bills. Today (5 months later)I got another bill and the amount keeps increasing. What’s the purpose of private pay? Why would I paid them when we checked in and checked out the office? I told her I am not going to pay the balance because it’s not a good sign, sure enough, bills after another bills.

Dr. Snow and his team were friendly, prompt, and thorough. He did a great job explaining to me my injury and my options moving forward. His office staff was kind and helpful and the office itself was nice and clean.
