First impression should always be your last impression so when I initially called this agency the response = Nasty work. The operator says “hello, can I help you” ummmm no! A formal welcoming introduction should have been addressed “hello thank you for calling elegance agency, how may I help you“ Just hello, can I help you absolutely not you’re rude. You need to work on your phone etiquette.
