I would give zero stars if possible. Worst customer service I have ever seen. There is literally an excuse for everything. As a customer you want solutions, not excuses and hollow apologies. Given how long this has been an issue, it is astounding there has been no changes to leadership. It’s like they expect to do nothing and as a result the problems will go away. Incline Village deserves better than this clown show.

Don’t do business here. 30-years of incompetence and lost mail. To top it off they closed my PO Box of 39-years and reissued it without any notice! The day after Christmas! When I spoke with the postmaster he just lied and said he put slips in my box. Not true I pick up my mail weekly.
He said regardless there was nothing they could do but set up a new box.
Use Postal Express across the parking lot and enjoy life!

Unable to understand their criteria for mail delivery. I send mail to a friend there several times a year. Half the time she gets it, the other half gets returned to me with an “unable to deliver,” yellow label, even though the address is correct and I use the same printed label each time. Maybe it’s delivered when someone is having a good day and undelivered when too many of their postal workers are on the lake beach sun tanning? Mystery!
