This company takes advantage of people in general when they’re at their lowest. Psychological Management Group’s therapist’s and specially Dr. Louise evaluation on me was insensitive and horrible. But i know you get pay to put people on these programs Louise because if you don’t then what benefits/incentives do you and your employer get? I don’t expect you to answer that question. How do you evaluate a person over the phone and make a certain or valid decision instead of in person or through zoom. Nobody tries to get to know a person to make better evaluations. The State and these companies work along to implement financial damage on people but mostly on minorities. This is capitalism at it’s best and a way to oppress. Dr. Louise asked me personal questions from when was the last time i drink, to how often do i drink, if i was raised by both parents, if i had witness domestic violence in my life and more. These were Yes or No questions and my answers to anything negative that i’ve never experienced in my life were with honesty, i answered with a No. The alcohol related questions i also answered with honesty. She then placed me on hold came back and pretended that there was something wrong with the system and then came back with her decision to place me into a substance abuse treatment for 16 sessions that they charge 25 dollars and 35 dollars every time i go get a drug test. I went to the site where i thought they’re doing alcohol test since that’s what i was charged for to find out they’re testing on drugs i’ve never done or even think about in my normal life for instance: Opioids, morphine, codeine, fentanyl, methadone, oxycodone, percocet, heroin, etc. I have no rights or a say about anything. I’m being forced against my will. Even though it was recommended for me to go get evaluated but not required. I was actually excited to go to the evaluation thinking that they’ll not only ask questions but i thought they would do alcohol test in the blood and take my blood pressure because we know that people who drink often or a lot have high blood pressure. With a simple test as such they’ll be able to see and determine how clean i am when it comes to anything labeled as drugs in America. I go to these sessions and i’m disgusted and upset by being forced to be there. This business stays afloat and running by taking peoples funds as a punishment. I’m not guilty and i was not willing to take a chance by going to trial. Being a minority in a southern State with a history of oppression in this case i call it modern oppression i would have most likely lose my corporate job and normal life.

This is a Money trap. I had a Dui in 2021 over four years ago. I decide to go with PMG for therapy evaluation with Loise and let me tell you. It was biggest mistake ever because in the middle of our evaluation she had already started texting me how many classes I would have to take, the max mind you its already 4 years past my one and only DUI. They automatically give you classes no matter what. This is only thing on my criminal record. Don’t go this route for an evaluation it’s a money pit. They don’t hear you They only see dollar signs. At the conclusion of our evaluating I get told DUI are serious which I already know hence the reason is been almost 5 years since my DUI. That year my mother and sister died 10 months apart. I didn’t tell her that. I was honest and only gave answers to questions asked. Anyway during our evaluation she said I may hear her typing only to realize at the end that she was texting me class info. Mind you she texted me a couple min into our evaluation. Letting me know it’s a scam. They want your money that they don’t care about your well being. Don’t go here. Please do not go. BTW my sister is a licensed therapist so I already know what this woman did was unethical. Also, who had this kind of money to throw away. I can just go to my sister for help. My mother went septic and my sister was murdered 10 months later. I have over come this. I only drank during that dark period. I don’t want to have to go back and relive this terrible time in my life. I may need meds after going through this again. It’s more painful then helpful. Sorry for the extra but I need you to understand these people are hurting people that are trying to get there lives back on track after all the pain they have endured. Yes I made a mistake and will never go that route again but to do this to me makes me want a drink. Thanks for actually listening

There was trouble getting through to the office via phone call reaching a person in the past and was a issue but that seems to not be an issue any longer. I see a lot of negative reviews, I have not seen these issues here however I do see some customers with anger problems; maybe they are blaming their problems elsewhere instead of inwards? I don’t know Joe the therapist has been extremely good at his job and unless your a major pain in the rear end will there be an issue.
