Wow what can I say…. I went into this new way of working with On Target and they made it so easy and comfortable! All the different events I experienced were exciting and fun! I especially loved doing all the Military Balls and working with Wilmington Convention Center!

On Target is one of the best staffing agencies in town. The labor that comes in is always professional and hardworking and the coordinators are always available for any last minute communication. I always look forward to working with them. Sierra and Beth are the best!

I’m so happy I found on target staffing I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people both in an out of the office! I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and valued! finally, Sierra is truly a god send the best boss and advocate for her temps. She should teach other people in management how to manage effectively! Overall one of the best jobs I have ever had the opportunity to do! If you need something that’s gonna work with your life schedule this would be it!
