I would like to call out Heloise ST Pierre on her exceptional service she gave me.
The difference between finding a body to fill a job and taking the time to understand what the business requirements are makes the difference.
Heloise you did not only take the time to find potential candidates. you took control of the entire hiring process.
You had candidates lined up waiting for me to interview them. I even gave you my building key pass so you can move them from the cafeteria up to the 3floor so I can interview them !! In 4 hours we interview 8 candidates
