Never recieved my shirts. This is the second time ordering where My order never arrived. The first time, I had to pick them up myself at an old company location. Not an issue. Second time, no there is no excuse. Can’t even get my money back. Plenty of other good cause companies in the area that can figure out shipping. And if the owners read this, don’t contact us, just send our money back. You lost trust.

All I can say is I have been dealing with this company since 1997.They have printed tee shirts,sweatshirts, magnetic business cards,key chains,chip clips for my dog grooming shop.I have NEVER had a problem with any thing not done correctly I have always been pleased with the work and quality of product. My first representative’s name was Lee she has since retired and now I deal with Gina and just like Lee when she calls I feel like I’m talking to a old friend …they are the best!

They seemed very nice dealing with prior to placing order. We ordered and had over a 100 shirts printed. I provided camera ready art work and they sent a proof for my approval . I approved the proof and then when we received the shirts they were not as the proof they had provided and they had miss printed our shirts printing the wrong design on the sleeve.
I tried contacting multiple times and they did not even call back. Up until then when ever I emailed I would receive a call back the same day or by next morning. I tried to contact them more than 5 times and never received a response back form Handicap workshop, they obviously were aware of the mistake but choose not to deal with their mistakes and misprints. I understand mistakes can happen but they should correct the mistakes and reprint. The fact that they will not even call me back shows that in my opinion Handicap Workshop is dishonest. I would caution anyone one from using Handicap workshop.
