I started strength training with Taylor 7 weeks ago, and I look forward to every session! As someone who’s never done strength training before, I was nervous at first but Taylor makes the experience welcoming, encouraging, and never intimidating. She knows how to push you while still making it feel personalized and fun. Laurie is also amazing, and the whole vibe feels like a supportive community. I also work with Trey for nutrition, which has really helped me stay on track. The space is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

In just a few short weeks, Future Fitness has already changed my life for the better. Every trainer here has been incredibly supportive. Even when I’m not having a one-on-one session, they are still readily available to answer questions and offer guidance and encouragement. Next week, I’m getting started with the nutrition planning they offer and can’t wait to see the results from my journey. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever looked forward to going to the gym. They treat you like family here from day one. Special thanks to trainer Laurie for being amazing!! P.S. Been with them for a week now. Laurie is my physical trainer and she is the best. Had couple of sessions and already feel lot better. For your fitness goals, dont look for any other options and blindly sign up here. You wont regret. The best gym in town.
