I have been dealing with care agency for some years . My reaction to dad care has always been one where I feel extremely sensitive to . In Blandford I had terrible experiences with Mylife they constantly cut visits short and to be honest the manager was disappointing to say the least . I can honestly say how happy I am with everything this company has and is doing . Managers have been brilliant . The staff well I don’t have the words to express to each one how utterly fantastic you have all been . It’s hard to find words to thank you . ♥️

Some of the carers were so kind and caring, going out of their way to look after my mum, they couldn’t do enough to make her comfortable. If the review was for those particular staff it would be a 5. The low rating I have given is because of our experience with the office staff. The morning after my mum died, one of them turned up unannounced early in the morning to collect their folder, and even though the office had been told and this was clearly the sole reason for their visit, the person pretended they didn’t know, collected the paperwork they needed, and left. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend this agency. At a time like that such insensitive actions, although they may seem petty, are very hurtful.
