I don’t know how this practice has so many 5 star reviews, I had an awful experience here and would advice anyone searching for a dentist to not choose this practice. First off, I went in for a chipped tooth and they did a full cleaning, I gave them my insurance information but they failed to mention when they ran it that it wasn’t valid through my employer yet so I was blindsided at check out with them telling me I needed to pay them almost $300. No warning or heads up about the cost of the visit. To make matters worse, they gave me no paperwork, no follow up advice or referrals for the root canal I needed and didn’t offer to help me in any way. I was offered no receipt or anything. The office was dead quiet, they had no music playing and no other patients there which was creepy. Worst of all, during the whole cleaning and exam the dentist was going on and on about how I needed to find a new career with better Insurance. She told me I should apply to Nike, work for an airline or become a nurse. This was beyond insulting and extremely unprofessional. The dentist has no idea the reasons behind why I do the work that I do, I bust my a** working three jobs and am happy doing it. To tell me I should find a new career without even knowing me was beyond appalling and really out of line. She also told me my teeth “could be straighter” but that we “could fix that after we address all of the other stuff.” 1. That’s rude 2. As someone who has never even had to have braces or a retainer, who has no teeth even remotely close to being crooked or out of place, I was shocked. It seemed like a comment made to try to get more money out of me or to insult me further. All in all this was a pretty traumatizing experience and I’ve been shook up and having nightmares about it ever since. Luckily I found another dentist that was incredible and helped me right away, was upfront with all charges and was extremely professional. This practice is awful and I would advice people to not come here unless you want to spend a bunch of unexpected money and would like unsolicited life and career advice from a stranger.

I’ve been a patient here for two decades since I moved to the area and am very pleased with the care I receive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never have to wait; they are always ready for me when I arrive. No complaints.
