Chase and staff are professional when they meet you and through the process, but once you accept an assignment, please do make sure you get every detail in writing. About your pay and overtime, etc. I recently finished an assignment through them. And they have kept half of my overtime pay. Giving me unclear reasons and they have revised my payment twice as I insist, but it has been a very frustrating process, and I’m still waiting for full payment. My calls and messages are ignored now so be aware. If I receive full payment, I will be more than happy to remove this review. Their low rating or Google should have been a red flag.! it looks like they remove negative reviews.

Great communication! They are fast and easy to work with. Everything was fairly easy to set up prior to my start date. Bianca and Symphony did a great job.

Working with my current recruiter has been great! But, I do wish there was more options when it comes to benefits (particularly medical care). Other than that, I would recommend to anyone looking to get their foot in the door for the industry.
