My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. As I waited, the lobby had plenty of seating, water cooler, and a restroom. All were maintained and clean. They announced that several doctors were behind schedule at least an hour. One of those doctors was mine. As the hour slowly passed, I was finally seen. The nurse that checked my vitals was very nice and personable. Once my doctor came to the room, she was very thorough and assigned me many tests to check my heart’s health. She didn’t speed up our visit. She explained and educated me on things and answered all of my questions. Staff at check out were very nice and professional. This is a big office with 11 providers. So very busy but the staff took the time to make each patient feel welcome and cared for.

Check in at Front Desk was quick and efficient, and the staff were extremely kind. Waiting area was very clean and had lots of seating. Meeting new PCP was very informative and Dr. Sadhu answered all my questions. I appreciated how thorough Dr. Ritu Sadhu and her staff were on my first examination. I look forward to working with this team on my health care. ☺️

I seen Dr. Patel for first time and he was professional, curious and easy to talk to. He explains everything that was going on with my health issues, medication and takes the time for me to ask questions. I can sense he is a good cardiologist and thankful for the care I have received. The staff is very nice and professional.
