Emily and Taylor are really nice and address your concerns! They are friendly.
And Deron is amazing! He is the most jolly and hardworking person I have seen. Its his initiatives which keeps our pools clean and our community in shape. Thank you
There are just a couple caveats for this community in which there is no gate causing security issues for some cars because of geographical reasons and its right next to stores. Also not much for kids to do.
Apart from that the building is posh and upscale.
Its been 5 months here and I would say its a nice community to live in.

I applied at this unit on June 2nd and wasn’t really sure what was going on with the move. I ended up moving to another unit in a better area so I called to ask them for my deposit/fees back for the unit just to be told I was denied anyway. It would’ve been nice to know this and I still haven’t been refunded for my fees. I’ve called twice and keep getting the run around. This is disgusting and unprofessional! I just want my fees refunded immediately. I emailed the former leasing/property manager (was told by a current employee that she is no longer with that apartment) and she is conveniently out of office until June 30th.

It’s been less than a month that I’ve lived here and so far there have been many issues: the patio door valance fell on my head when I opened the patio door, the building management changed (which was informed to residents day-of the change without any prior headsup), the dishwasher and bedroom blinds had broken parts when I moved in, the building 1 elevator was not working for over 18 hours at least once, one of the building door handles was missing/broken for over a day, and I heard that there were 8-10 cops near the gas station near our building at night not too long ago. Additionally the walls are quite thin as you can hear people in the hallways, TV noise from nearby units and any noise outside the apartment such as people talking or construction. The redeeming factors of this building are the lounges and gym, the helpfulness of the front-desk staff, the parking, the proximity of things, and the internal aesthetics of the apartment.
