In would give it 0 stars if I could. There’s no phone # to call anyone about any issue you have, just a helpdesk where you have to wait for a response. On top of the lack of being able to actually contact someone at Corporate not the office location near you, my mail was being forwarded to my home address for over a year and for some unknown reason (according to Regus) the mail was sent back to Regus and NOT 1 single person called or emailed to let me know. This was going on for months, yet they were still taking payments each month. Unethical and unprofessional, and they lie about month to month, I’ve still yet to receive a “contract” that I agreed to a year contract. So glad to be done with them, please don’t sign up for them, beware!

Staff are professional and facility is nice. It is not there nicest location but better than most other businesses in this sector. BE VERY CAREFUL. The big issue with Regus always is how bad they treat you when you leave. It’s not the local staff it’s the corporate headquarters. They gouge you with fees, and crazy charges that make everyone that I have ever met, who’s left a Regus, angry and upset. Why they do this is beyond me. Seems like a terrible thing to do to a good customer. But they do it all the time. Make sure you read your contract carefully. Do not forget that your contract Auto renews if you do not give them written notice. What happens to many people is their contract gets extended for another 12 months before they even know about it. Then when the conversation comes up they look in their contract and see the clause they never paid attention to previously. They do it on purpose and they do not care that it upsets their customers. Their corporate headquarters are run by terrible people. I even had a branch manager that I knew quit because of the unethical things they were demanding that she do regarding pricing and customer charges. They should be ashamed of themselves She was an amazing manager and all the customers loved her but they treated her like garbage. It was awful to see.

Had an appointment with Dr Jepma, he was fantastic, services and facilities were amazing, super pretty building. Definitely recommend and will be returning!
