Antionette is the best recruiter I have ever worked with! She is so on top of everything and so thoughtful. She even kept up with me when I did a contract with a different agency and made sure I was doing okay. Val does my compliance stuff, and she is amazing! She is so organized and gets back to me quickly about all my questions. They both make my life so much easier as a travel nurse. I just text them and I know everything is taken care of 🙂

Advantis is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I’m missing pay for a shift that I worked May 2. I reached out to my recruiter and she stated she will check into it. The follow up was that the hospital didn’t send the hours over, I provided her with proof of the hours from the hospital and she said it wasn’t good enough the hospital has to send the hours. So for weeks my response has been the hospital hasn’t sent the hours. Here we are June 6th and still no repayment. I’ve reached out to the hospital and they stated they sent the hours to the company. My previous recruiter has left and my new recruiter Spencer will not respond. I spoke to him once letting him know about the missing pay, and he has since stopped responding, mind you I’m still on contract. My contract ends 6/8/2025. I’ve sent emails, made calls, left voicemails for him, and payroll with no response. If I was having an emergency or needed the assistance of my company they aren’t available. I’ve called all the phone numbers I could find and not a single soul answers, just requests of leaving a voicemail. I’ve never worked with a company and not been paid for my shifts or have a recruiter ghost me. I’m glad this isn’t a safety issue because I’d truly be on my own. I will be filing a claim with the Labor Commissioner in California about my unpaid wages but it’s ridiculous that I can’t even speak with anyone to help solve my issue.
