I have worked with Adaptive Medical Partners at 4 different hospitals to recruit quality physicians. They have worked with us to get several quality Family Practice physicians in Arizona and in North Carolina. We worked with them to get a quality Dermatologist and a General Surgeon. They are easy to work with, honest and have good prices in their recruiting efforts. They match the physician with the right hospital.

The lack of professionalism in this company. More on the recruitment side. Yenisse Roberts reached out to me via text and LinkedIn, about scheduling a call to discuss the details for the position I applied for. She asked if I had availability for the same day. I went ahead and made changes to my availability for the call. I never received a call from Yenisse. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I sent her a message saying if we were still meeting or not. I then scheduled a call for the following week. She did call me but not at the scheduled time. She did say she had booked “our call” for the following week. I quote: “that’s what happens when you’re too busy.” No apologies nothing. I wouldn’t hire this person to run my recruiting department. The lack of communication, and professionalism is what makes companies miss out on talented individuals.

Working with Adaptive Medical Partners on a physician placement in the unique and challenging world of behavioral healthcare was a pleasure. David, Caitlyn, and the rest of the team were open and collegial throughout the process. They really put effort into balancing the needs of both the physician candidates AND our rural facility’s “personality.”
