Easy to get around to where you need to go, flight departure and arrival times displayed on screens, and free parking for overnight guests. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has friendly, helpful staff. They offer a gym, heated pool, and hot tub from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. They have a large, included breakfast with eggs, omelets, sausage, pancakes, toast, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and much more. The complimentary drinks at Happy Hour and an available Tavern in the Atrium are wonderful. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The Atrium allows light in, and the live plants with a coy pond create a calm atmosphere with a touch of nature. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. There is so much more than I mentioned.

I’ve not been here in a while, but this hotel (and the embassy suits in south San Francisco airport) are my favorite hotels ever! Only downside is that sometimes at night it can get loud because of the echo, but besides that absolutely stunning. The hotel has a big atrium that you can see all the rooms from all inside, for they are looking down on the wide open atrium. The beautiful lobby and atrium are stunning, and I know this pounds strange, but the elevators are so fast and mesmerizing, they are so smooth and fun to watch, since they also overlook the atrium. The rooms are suites, and it’s just a great experience overall. Breakfast never ceases to fail me, and free snacks! I always get exited even 2000 miles away if I see the symbol of an E with a feather in it. Would recommend a thousand times.

It’s just OK. Suuuuper dated but fine for a quick stay over. I think the Hilton down the road is a nicer hotel. We stayed here for 6 days and I appreciated the separate working rooms/suites, but not sure the rest is worth it. Crazy uncomfortable beds/pillows, disappointing breakfast (outside of the omelettes) and just run down / feels old for the per night price — especially since there really aren’t great facilities (pool and gym are 👎). Cons: — feels a little run down / old hotel (dirty in lots of places and just looks worn) — terribly uncomfortable beds and lumpy old pillows (like get new pillows and upgrade the mattresses!!! For the price you pay a night?!?) — thin sheets / no blanket (had to request one after the first night) — crazy busy / rowdy on the weekends flooded with kids and sports teams — gym is absolutely terrible (in a green house off the pool, makeshift spot & not great AC) — pool is dirty and you couldn’t pay me to go in there — rooms smell of damp mildew (probably from all the SF fog) — breakfast is lack luster (except for omelette) Pros: — lovely staff (the woman who checked us in the night of Saturday June 28 was a doll! Give her a raise!) — great location / beautiful views — housekeeping was very kind and nice — spacious rooms with dual working areas (2 desks and 2 chairs was great!) — great walking trail along the water
