I applied and was told to come in the next day for on boarding for a clerical position. When I came in and did my on boarding, I was told that they were waiting to hear back from the client and my information was sent over I knew something was a little off when I was not given a drug test but I just blew it off. I had called for about roughly 2 weeks wondering what was going on and every time I would call I was told that someone will call me once the client reaches back out. Once again I’m frustrated. I called and asked to specifically speak with Ashley as that is who I’ve been working with. When Ashley got to the phone, she stated “oh I was just getting ready to call you to let you know that the client is no longer interested in filling the position.” as a former recruiter. I understand that happens, but my only concern is how long was this information known? again, I have been calling for the past two weeks! I was told that I was being submitted for yet another position that I’m sure never existed in the first place. I still haven’t heard anything. At the least, you would think someone would at least follow up with you and explain the circumstances, but no one calls back so again I got my hopes up for nothing. I feel like majority of the times that I called. I was just given information just to get me off the phone and that’s unacceptable to this very moment, I still have not received a follow up call.

Very poor service. I signed up with them back in November 2024. And I only worked 2 places. Each place I only worked 2 days. Then nothing. I called everyday and kept saying nothing yet call back tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. I’m done with this place.

Poor work ethic I walked in to the office when Samantha offered me a position saying she would call me to send her my resume she has not responded to any of my calls or emails was very rude from the beginning feeling sorry for anyone that has to work under her management don’t recommend anyone to this agency
