Tamara Powers, a recruiter, called me about a job opportunity the company had available that she felt I was a good fit for, she scheduled me to come in to the office to talk more about the position. I was super excited and very interested in the position because i have been struggling to find a job and lately it just seems a lot harder to get a position that you really enjoy so I made arrangements to come meet with her. That day I ended up emailing her to inform her I was going to be running a little late due to my husband having an interview that morning as well and I would come to the office as soon as he was done with his interview. The entire time I was there she never once spoke to me about the position that I had came to interview for. She was more interested in what my husband did for work and where he had interviewed at. After I answered all her questions about my husbands interview. I noticed she was done interviewing me so I started asking her questions about the position that she was submitting my resume to. I just feel like she was a huge waste of my time. I made arrangements to meet with her solely to get help with a job and the entire time she never once focused on me or what type of position I was looking for or anything.
