NO DRINKING WATER!!!! Could not believe they only had yellowish stinky rain water coming through the taps. One could not take a shower or even wash hands/face with it let alone drinking. Accomodation is extremely run down and unclean. NO AIRCON OR FANS in 36degrees temperature! The fans provided were from the 1980s literally not in a shape to be used at all. Some guests brought their own fans, bed linen and towels. No basic facilities. The ocean pool stinks with stagnant water. Some people took off and went to other cleaner beaches 30 min away. Some dorms have a toilets away from the accomodation our friend had to walk a mile in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Kangaroos everywhere in the middle of the night and was scared. Worst place we’ve ever been to. We went for our church camp booked for 3 nights but came back to Sydney after one night as could not bear staying in such a crappy place. They whole area stinks with kangaroo poop left right and centre. Poop everywhere in front of each accomodation door in the car parks everywhere you cannot escape it. All my families shoes had to be discarded when we came back home. YWAM stop selling lies to your customers. Fix up your run down facility and clean up ffs and don’t even mention that stinky stagnant water as an ocean pool ffs.

Very quiet, great location, cheap accommodation

Amazing. Best camping experience with our children and lots of other families with kids. It’s a hidden gem and we had a great view of the water. The facilities are basic but all we needed was flushing toliets and hot showers (sometimes a dribble but still hot). Amazing prayer and meditation times as well
