Since joining the Workforce Extensions network as a Franchisee, the National Office team made the process of starting up my own Workforce recruitment agency as straightforward as possible. The comprehensive and detailed training prior to beginning, and the ongoing training, provided a valuable opportunity to understand the ins and outs of running a business and just as importantly, also provided me the opportunity to meet the Workforce Extensions Head Office Team. Knowing that I can reach out to any member of the National Office Team, greatly assists me with ongoing operational support across IT, payroll and finance, risk and compliance, marketing and any questions I have in general.
