The best nursing agency in Adelaide.The team is incredibly supportive,friendly and understanding .If I’m a little late to a site and explain my situation, they are understanding and which really reduces stress in those moments. Very good pay rate as compared to other agencies.Overall, I highly recommend Workforce Extension to anyone looking for a reliable agency that genuinely cares about its staff.

Wage is decent, but there are significant issues with shift management. They don’t have a dedicated website or app for managing shifts, so we’re left fighting for shifts on Telegram. Only a couple of job ads are posted in the groups each day, and most of the shifts are distributed privately, which isn’t fair to all staff members. It would be much better if they hired staff based on a more transparent job ad ratio. Even if you pick a shift it depends upon the manager’s mood .
