This is the worst recruitment agency ever. I applied to work in mining companies in Queensland, I applied for the process, and I spent money to be in this process (about 200AUD), then they stopped answering for weeks.
After that I had to spend more than 400AUD to do a physical examination of 30 minutes. Once again no answer for weeks.
During several weeks I called them everyday to go on a shift, without any result. When they finally called me, I had to be in a city in an other state on the same day because they told me they had something for me.
When I land in the mine place, I wasn’t sent for the good position, so instead of staying 2 weeks, I stayed only 5.
After that, they told me I had to be in Brisbane during the coming week to go back in a shift. I stayed there 1 entire months without having any shift (and calling every day of course).
EVEN IF YOU DIDN’T READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION HERE, YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT THEY WILL FOOL YOU JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY, MAKE YOU LOOSE YOUR TIME AND GIVE YOU HOPE FOR MONTHS.

FIFO CHEFS STAY AWAY!!
This company lied about the job description, told me to buy uniforms/equipment and to put my notice in with my previous employer and then provided me with absolutely zero work after 2 and half months (despite having more than 7 years of bulk catering experience), communication is virtually non-existent unless you hound your manager for information, hourly rate for a casual is lower than the going average, swings get cancelled at the last minute and to top it all off, they tried to foot me with a $424 bill for my pre-employment medical after I quit.
I now work full time as a camp manager for a great company and couldn’t be happier. If you want to be treated with respect, earn good money and work for a company that actually cares about you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Terrible company! PLEASE READ!!!
I started working for them and did one 2/1 swing last august – September 1st 2022. Giving that i had left my previous employer as a fifo worker with 1 year experience & they promised guaranteed work. Once I arrived back from my swing I had 2 weeks off (including my 1 week off so essentially only took 1 week off) I was casual and they knew that I had a holiday prior to me even starting with them. I get back from my holiday (2 weeks all up) and I was meant to fly the following couple of days, they have ghosted me ever since, no calls are going through, all emails aren’t getting a reply from . I have an email saying my pervious person who delt with me (lucy) was going on maternity leave and someone else was taking over and would reach out and introduce themselves. NO ONE reached out. Haven’t been able to contact them at all.
