I recently shared my feedback with SJS regarding my experience using the new website. The original website and app were far more user-friendly compared to the current version, which presents multiple challenges such as excessive pop-ups, login requirements, and the need to constantly reapply search filters.
SJS has resolved only one issue that I have brought up recently, regarding the phone number input. The rest of the issues still stands and I’m losing work opportunities over this, so that’s a two star for me.
One thing SJS has always emphasised is professionalism, both in the workplace and in dealings with their services. In line with this, I have had this review professionally edited by ChatGPT.

I have hired many students over the years at busy times. SJS has made it incredibly easy to get pleasant willing workers. Some have returned in subsequent holidays. I have found students to be the perfect talent pool. Not surprisingly, if they don’t already know they are willing to learn.

I need help these days and find students wonderful to help out. Usually gardening, where I have had several who have stayed with me for years – Tobias, Heather, Sam, and Melissa. If wet, they turn their hands to other tasks. They are flexible and it is great to have a young brain to keep me a bit more up-to-date!
