NOTE: When I questioned Rain on her accusation of me ‘spamming’ her, I also asked if her Manager, Cavin is around. Then she became very defensive and now became very responsive sending 8 messages justifying why she has the right to say I ‘spam’ her, personally attacking me with more accusations and refusing to answer my query if her boss is around. This attitude is unprofessional and lacks business etiquette. The staff, Rain of Good Job Creations is extremely rude and unhelpful. Before I started work, I was informed that I would be paid bi weekly. On the 2nd week, I followed up to enquire when I can expect the salary so I can check my bank account for it. She was unresponsive hence I decided to give her a call, however the call was automatically cut off and there was no voice message to leave or informing line was busy. As I thought it was a connection problem, I tried calling 2 more times but same thing happened. Rain then text back later & I text my enquiries abt the payment. Instead of informing when I can expect payment, she just brushed off the matter and requested me to refer to the contract. She followed up with a text message & requested me to ‘stop spamming’ her. Never in my text messages was I rude or argumentative which I would request management to verify the text messages. I was just making a legitimate enquiry about my pay and to accuse me of spamming is rude and judgemental. While I understand that recruiters are always busy, they have no right to be rude to their clients, brushing them aside after they get their commission from referring us to a job and making accusations of us ‘spamming’ them. I was shocked at her response as I did not have any intention. I hope the management will train the staff to be respectful instead they are accommodating when they refer you to a job but once they get their sales commission, they treat you rudely.

It started out with a call I received from a recruitment firm few days after applying jobs online. In the midst of new job hunting, I was engaged with clearing tasks and preparing for handover with my previous unit, Joshua was the agent/ middle person between my potential employer and myself. He was not only professional but also very approachable and patient, his reply was always prompt! I wouldn’t be hesitate to WhatsApp him when I had questions or need clarification regarding the new role I had applied for. This really meant a great peace of mind, knowing someone would always be there to assist and guide me, especially after staying with the same organisation close to 8 years. Then I had my 1st interview, followed with the 2nd one. After that, Gabriel from his team took over with the process of reference check and placement into my new company. I would say this recent job hunting process was quite smooth and seamless! Happened to sign the offer letter today with my new employer! I continue to hope the process of work pass application to go smooth as well! Overall, I’m feeling very thankful! Would like to share my experience with those in similar situation 😀

I would like to give compliments to OAI Staffing team on their outstanding and exceptional customer service that they have showed in the last couple of months. They are reliable and handled inevitable hiccups professionally, we were very impressed with their team. As such, I have also introduced a few of my clients to them, they were all very satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work and look forward to work with you again!
