I called after seeing a review that said they were kind to foreigners. Of course, I could tell it was a false review within 10 seconds. The lady kept giving useless answers to my simple questions and interrupted me. In the end, she almost yelled. Thank you for your kind call. If I have to pay my money, it won’t be here.

Brad and Graham were great instructors and assessors for my forklift license. They were clear at all times and ran through practice questions throughout the three-day course. They were very patient and accommodating to foreign students. Everybody felt confident by the time our exams began. Thanks guys!

Booked for forklift ticket. Had to cancel. A business issue arose. Rang and spoke to Graham (who I think is the owner), he said “oh it’s ok we will sort it and look after you”, then next minute the office minion Tony calls “I’m sorry you’ve beached our terms, you will have to pay again”. Joke!
