Frontline commenced legal action for a $10,000 payment for a worker that could not perform the job that he was referred for. Unfortunately he had been in a car accident and the work was more labour intensive than he expected. Second day into his trail he said he could not perform the job. Frontline just said refer to the fine print- if they are with you for more than 3 hours the fee is payable. How does that justify $10k. Such bad business. I will fight their lawyer and make sure the retail industry knows about their practices as it’s disgusting. Be careful of the agents, they will chase you until you sign what they need to pass to a lawyer..
