It’s been 4 months since I completed all my assignments and placement requirements, yet I have not received my certificate. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no clear communication or resolution from their end. This delay is extremely frustrating and has affected my ability to pursue work opportunities. I am highly dissatisfied with their services and professionalism. I would not recommend EduStep to anyone seeking timely and reliable education services.
