Although I am about to begin a rewarding career with CSA. I have to say.. what an experiance it was meeting the staff. They are so helpful and make you feel welcomed. This is the kind of company that will always get great productivity from the staff because they make time for you and invest in you they care. Thankyou CSA I can’t wait to get out there and share life experiances with those who need help. The reviews are off the hook!!!!

I really enjoyed working as a support worker at Community Staffing. Working at Community staffing has taught me invaluable skills in providing assistance and care to individuals in need. The organisation prioritises creating a positive and supportive work environment for all of their employees.
One of the standout aspects of Community Staffing Australia is the team culture. The team are friendly, helpful, and collaborative. There is constant communication and you always have support. Community staffing also value professional development and growth. They provide opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge through training programs and workshops.

As an employee of Community Staffing Australia I thoroughly enjoy working with my team; the staff members are always approachable and kind and I felt very welcomed, confident and content from my first shift.
My job is rewarding and fulfilling and I feel as though the company appreciates and values my hard work, dedication and commitment to my job.
The work culture/environment is extremely positive and I am very well-supported whenever needed. Management is fantastic and always strives to ensure that each staff member is safe, well prepared and continuously thriving in the workplace. Thanks CSA, you have been a great industry to work within.
