I was fortunate to have my work support me in attending the 2 day Advanced Management Program. It was a great opportunity to connect with some like-minded EAs and learn all the helpful tips and tricks including building resilience, overcome fears, effective ways to communicate, negotiating skills and mindfulness. The facilitator Ursula has a wealth of knowledge and is very inspiring and a motivating speaker. I felt empowered and excited for my future. Highly recommend – you won’t be disappointed!!

I was fortunate enough to attend the Capital EA Advanced Management Program course recently and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Ursula is highly professional yet so down to earth which made it so easy to engage with her for the 2 days.

I attended Capital EA’s Advanced Management Program, led by Ursula in July – it was fantastic! Unlike many professional development courses for EAs, the content was spot on. With Ursula’s years in the game, the content was highly relevant, engaging and hands-on.
