I had my Daughters 21st at home and wanted some staff to cook and serve for 100 guests. I had the food prepared and we were using our Pizza oven. After talking with Tommaso we discussed my needs and he ensured we had the right staff for our European family. The staff were excellent, respectful in our home, professional and with great attention to detail. They were everywhere we needed them but problem solved without needing us to support them. Cleaned up and worked so diligently throughout the service, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making it so easy for us- would use again and definitely recommend.
