Poor service and very unprofessional. I agree with another reviewer, they are only interested in you as a candidate if you fit their criteria exactly, and if even if you do fit their criteria, they will tell you that you don’t. In both interviews my background and skills matched perfectly, however both owners were extremely dismissive and did not acknowledge my skills or show genuine interest. Candidates who place genuine effort into seeking a role should be shown more respect. This agencies owners are very judgemental and gave the impression as though they feel candidates are beneath them. The are so many agencies available for candidates that offer professionalism and respect, I recommend avoiding this one and looking to another agency.

called me about a role, advised for my details and then proceeded to ghost me. when i called for an update, pretended to not know who i was. very weird, would rather have gotten a response saying nothing available. Very unprofessional, Glenys was the woman I was dealing with. very very unprofessional and rude, wouldnt recommend

Did not often reply back to emails or texts when I raised questions regarding a role or regarding feedback from a role. I was firstly informed I did not receive a role I went for after I had to chase up a week after my initial AG interview, and was then contacted again two weeks later saying there was a miscommunication and in fact the role was still available if I wanted to continue. In the end I did not get the role I was going for (which is fair), but I had to make contact 5 days later with Alexander Grey to find out whether i had received the role after two interviews with the Company, and one interview with AG initially. When I asked for feedback received or when the communication from the company who’s role I had applied for had made contact with AG, I received no response. It appears they only make contact if they believe they can make money from you, but when it comes to the end, it would have been nice to simply be contacted letting me know I had not received the role, and if there was or was not any feedback received. If that had been done, I quite probably would have applied through AG again in the future. After the initial error and both scenario’s requiring myself to do the chasing up (and in the end, not receiving any further communication and simply ignored), I will not be applying through them again, and would advise those looking at applying through them to keep in mind they ‘may’ also have to proactively chase up, and also may not receive communication when your services are no longer a potential profit to them.
