Responsibilities

- Support costume changes during performances, ensuring timely and efficient transitions for actors.
- Collaborate with costume designers and directors to understand the aesthetic vision and practical needs of each production.
- Organize and manage costume inventory, tracking items used and returned.
- Provide assistance during rehearsals to ensure costume functionality and actor comfort.
- Stay updated on current costume trends and techniques to enhance wardrobe offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wardrobe Assistant or in a similar role within theatre, film, or television.
- Strong knowledge of costume design principles and fabric types.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment while managing time effectively.
- Basic sewing and alteration skills preferred; familiarity with costume construction is a plus.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by production schedules.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with cast and crew members effectively.
