Job Brief
The Tunnel Kiln Operator is responsible for operating and tending heating equipment to ensure the efficient processing of materials such as glass, rubber, and lumber. Responsibilities
- Operate tunnel kilns and associated heating equipment to process various materials effectively.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on kilns and heating systems to ensure safe operation.
- Document production data and equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in heating systems or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tunnel Kiln Operator or in a similar role within industrial manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair heating equipment.
- Knowledge of thermal processing techniques, including drying, curing, and annealing.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in operating heavy machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational procedures.
