Job Brief
As a Telephone Answering Service Operator, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating communication for our clients. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in telecommunications or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a telephone answering service or related customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and various telecommunication equipment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, call management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
