Job Brief
As a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) member, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring vital communications, detection, and weapons systems crucial for coordinating air, ground, and naval operations. You will maintain and relay critical communications between various military branches, implement emergency plans during natural and wartime disasters, and provide situational awareness to high-level military and government decision-makers. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor communications systems for effective coordination of air, ground, and naval operations.
- Relay critical information between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure operational success.
- Implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Provide timely updates and insights to command centers and senior military officials.
- Monitor surveillance and detection systems, including air defense, to maintain situational awareness.
- Interpret and evaluate tactical situations and make informed recommendations to superiors.
- Operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support missions.
- Conduct training and drills to ensure readiness and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; military training or experience preferred.
- Proven experience in military communications and tactical operations.
- Strong understanding of air, ground, and naval operation protocols.
- Technical proficiency in operating surveillance and detection systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey critical information effectively.
- Possession of relevant military certifications and licenses is a plus.
