As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for operating various table games in a dynamic casino environment. Responsibilities
- Operate and manage table games, including blackjack, poker, and roulette, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
- Distribute cards or gaming equipment to players, maintaining an engaging and professional atmosphere.
- Collect and pay out chips or cash to players, accurately handling financial transactions.
- Monitor players’ activities and ensure adherence to house rules and gaming policies.
- Calculate winnings and losses, comparing the house’s hand against players’ hands as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting players with inquiries and promoting a positive gaming experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the gaming table and surrounding area.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with game rules and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant gaming certifications preferred.
- Prior experience as a table games dealer or in a related gaming role is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating payouts and managing cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with players effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
