Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in student counseling or educational guidance in a higher education setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of academic programs, career counseling techniques, and student development theories.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using student management systems and data tracking tools.
- Certification in counseling or career development (e.g., LPC, NCC) preferred.
