Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in student advising, academic counseling, or education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of academic programs, career services, and student support resources.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging workshops and presentations.
- Familiarity with student information systems and advising software.
- Certifications in counseling or student affairs are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to enhancing student success and retention.
