Job Brief
As a Steam and Power Panel Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating, regulating, and distributing electricity and steam to ensure efficient operation of power generation systems. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the operation of steam and electrical generation equipment.
- Regulate the flow of electricity and steam to meet demand and maintain system stability.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on power generation systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and implement adjustments to optimize energy production.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Steam and Power Panel Operator or in a similar role within the power generation industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, steam generation processes, and energy distribution.
- Proficient in using monitoring systems and control panels to manage power generation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in power generation operations.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
