As a Ski Lift Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ski lifts in a recreational facility. Responsibilities

- Provide clear instructions to guests regarding lift operations and safety guidelines.
- Assist in managing crowd flow at lift stations to minimize wait times and enhance guest experience.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents, following established safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized lift area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Facilitate equipment rentals and provide support to guests participating in recreational activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in outdoor recreation or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
- Basic knowledge of ski lift operations and safety standards.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and demonstrate physical stamina.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
