Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Shoe Maker or in a similar leatherworking role.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery specific to shoemaking.
  • Ability to perform detailed sewing, stitching, and leather repair work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
