Job Brief
As a Sergeant Missile Crewman, you will play a vital role in targeting, firing, and maintaining advanced missile systems and weaponry to neutralize enemy positions, aircraft, and naval vessels. This position requires a strong background in military operations, technical proficiency in missile and weapon systems, and excellent communication skills. You will ensure the effective operation of targeting and launch computer systems while conducting routine maintenance and inspections on missiles and ammunition.
Responsibilities
- Target and engage enemy positions using advanced missile systems and weaponry.
- Conduct thorough testing, inspection, and storage of ammunition, missiles, and torpedoes.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on missile systems and related equipment.
- Establish and maintain effective radio and wire communications for operational coordination.
- Operate and manage weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems.
- Train and supervise junior crew members in proper missile handling and operational procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tactical operations and strategies.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and military regulations during all operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; military training in missile operations preferred.
- Proven experience in military operations, particularly in missile crew roles.
- Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining missile systems and targeting equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with military safety standards and operational protocols.
- Ability to pass required security clearances and physical fitness assessments.
- Experience in military leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous.
- Certification in relevant military training programs and technical skills is preferred.
