Job Brief
The Scout Sniper plays a critical role in ground combat operations, leveraging advanced marksmanship and reconnaissance skills to gather intelligence and support tactical missions. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a variety of weapons, including rifles, machine guns, mortars, and hand grenades, in support of combat operations.
- Locate, construct, and camouflage infantry positions and equipment to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate terrain and record topographical information for strategic planning and mission execution.
- Operate and maintain field communications equipment to ensure seamless communication within the team.
- Assess the need for and direct supporting fire to assist ground troops during engagements.
- Place explosives and perform minesweeping activities to secure operational areas.
- Participate in basic reconnaissance operations to gather critical intelligence on enemy positions and movements.
- Collaborate with other military units to coordinate joint operations and enhance overall mission success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations, preferably as a Scout Sniper or similar role.
- Expertise in marksmanship and advanced shooting techniques.
- Strong understanding of military tactics, weapons systems, and fieldcraft.
- Ability to analyze and interpret terrain and environmental factors affecting operations.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining field communication systems.
- Certification in demolitions and explosives handling is preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of combat environments.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with diverse military units.
