Responsibilities

- Utilize hand tools and machinery to shape and finish molds as per specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve mold quality.
- Document and report production metrics and any anomalies in the molding process.
- Continuously learn and implement best practices for mold-making and materials handling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mold-making preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sand Molder or in a similar role in the foundry industry.
- Strong understanding of sand molding techniques and metal casting processes.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery relevant to mold-making.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks.
