Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate rubber cutting and trimming machines to produce high-quality products.

- Adjust machine settings to accommodate different rubber types and product dimensions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role.

- Knowledge of rubber materials and cutting techniques preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
