Responsibilities
- Operate the roulette table, managing all aspects of the game including spinning the wheel and announcing winning numbers.
- Dispense chips and manage player transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor gameplay to ensure adherence to house rules and gaming regulations.
- Distribute winnings to players in a timely manner and collect losing bets.
- Engage with players to enhance their gaming experience through excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area and equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in gaming or casino operations are a plus.
- Previous experience as a dealer or in a customer service role within the gaming industry preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to quickly and accurately handle cash and chips.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
