Responsibilities

- Load and unload roofing materials and equipment as needed.
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop roofing skills and techniques.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on roofing tools and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or roofing assistance is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from skilled roofers.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
