Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the distribution and movement of products or services to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Analyze sales statistics to assess market potential, identify trends, and forecast inventory requirements.
- Monitor customer preferences and feedback to enhance product offerings and improve service quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to foster a high-performing sales team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, detailing progress and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed within the region.
